A weekly shared reading session in the beautiful common lounge at Auckland City Mission HomeGround focussing on NZ literature; connecting our group members with the writers from our Aotearoa Literary Hub project. We enjoy the creative interaction of sharing our own stories in relation to the NZ stories and poetry that we read aloud together in the moment.
We also have the opportunity to meet our writers on Zoom!
We are also focussing on community building with this group as our group participants have only been in their lovely new homes for a few months.
Shared reading is a great way to get to know one another!
