A weekly shared reading session in the beautiful common lounge at Te Mātāwai on Grey’s Ave focussing on NZ & Pacific literature; connecting our group members with the writers from our Aotearoa Literary Hub project. We enjoy the creative interaction of sharing our own stories in relation to the NZ stories and poetry that we read aloud together in the moment. We are also focussing on community building in these sessions. Shared reading is a great way to get to know one another!
